Who we are

This website is run by David Noakes ("Noaxy", "we"), who is responsible for any personal data collected here. You can contact us at noaxymusic@gmail.com.

If you subscribe to the Noaxyletter we collect your email address so we can send you news about Noaxy's music, releases and shows. We only add you after you confirm your subscription from the email we send you.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.

The newsletter is delivered by Buttondown (buttondown.com), which stores subscriber data on our behalf in the United States under its Data Processing Agreement and appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We keep your email until you unsubscribe.

Analytics

We use Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we host ourselves, to count page views and clicks on links and buttons. Umami does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track you across other websites. The data is not shared with any third party.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use cookies. If you choose a language, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us.
